No Recordable Indcations noted forth. penetrant emn;nation of the J-Groove Weld region of CRDM NozzLe 46 This examnatton was perforrned on Mhe CROM J-Groo weld region, surrounding cladding and the nozzle.

The penretrant examination area was the J-Goom weld regin edending appx. 3.0-inches radially from the 0 D of the nozzle arid 360 degrees around the nozzle mcluding appx. 2.0-inches on the O.D. surface of the nozzle from the I D. surface of the RV head See the attached sketch/picture depicting non-recordable rounded indicaons The nozzle and weld region was flapped prior to the pecnrt exn iiati.

Contract No 1220850 This penetrant examhnation was performed as an informitional examination.
