Thomas Saporito, I've tried to contact you to finalize the details (i.e., date, time) of a phone call so you can address the PRB.
However, the phone number you provided in your January 17, 2003, letter is no longer in service.
In addition, I've tried to contact you by e-mail on February 13, 2003, and have had no reply. This e-mail is to notify you that if we do not hear a response from you by close of business tomorrow (February 21, 2003), we will assume that you do not want to address the PRB.
