By letter dated March 28, 2000, the NRC issued Certificate of Compliance number 1021 for use of the Transnuclear (TN-32A) Inc. dry cask storage system at McGuire Nuclear Station. In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(ii), Duke hereby registers the use of cask Serial Number TN-32A-58 with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Loading of this cask was completed February 22, 2003.
