Purpose:
The NRC staff and RG&E management will discuss the results of NRCs annual assessment of the safety performance at the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant for the period January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002.
An annual meeting to discuss plant performance is a requirement of NRC Inspection Manual 0305, Operating Reactor Assessment Program.

2 NOTE: This meeting is open to the public for observation (Category 1 meeting in accordance with NRCs Public Meeting Policy). The NRC staff will be available at the end of the meeting to answer questions from the public. The NRC encourages public participation by observation of this annual safety performance assessment meeting and by providing questions and comments to the NRC staff following the meeting either in person or in writing.
