The ACRS Chairman has decided that there is no formal EDO response is needed for the ACRS report on Catawba and McGuire license renewal application. However he would like the staff to keep the Committee informed of the following:
.Whether Duke plans to implement the Program to manage PWSCC in the current license term,as encouraged by the Committee.
.Status of obtaining resources for the staffs inspection of commitments and other activities to be conducted before the plants enter the extende period of operation..
