Project 704 - Errata to BWRVIP-86-A

Letter from Carl Terry (BWRVIP Chairman) to NRC Document Control Desk, "Project No. 704 - BWRVIP-86-A: BWR Vessel and Internals Project, Updated BWR Integrated Surveillance Program (ISP) Implementation Plan," dated November 12, 2002 The purpose of this letter is to provide corrections to the BWRVIP-86-A report transmitted to the NRC by the letter referenced above.
Typographical errors were found in the BWRVIP-86-A report. The errors occur in Tables 4-1, 4-3 and 4-4. Corrected versions of the tables are attached. Please keep the attached errata with the BWRVIP-86-A report.
The changes made to the tables are as follows:
"* In Table 4-1, the weld and plate entries in the columns for Pilgrim, Quad Cities 1 and 2, River Bend, Susquehanna 1 and 2, Vermont Yankee, Nine Mile Point 1 and 2 and Columbia were adjusted.
"* In Table 4-3, the "X" for Perry in 2012 was changed to "bold".
"* In Table 4-4, the date for future testing for Susquehanna under the ISP was changed from 2011 to 2012.
Please note that the enclosed pages contain proprietary information. Therefore, the request for withholding the BWRVIP-86-A report from public disclosure transmitted to the NRC by the letter referenced above also applies to the enclosed information.
