WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN) - CORRECTION ON NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) FOR TENNESSEE STORM WATER MULTI-SECTOR GENERAL PERMIT ASSOCIATED WITH INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITIES Please find enclosed a corrected NOI form and topographical map identifying the location of the WBN facility. The original NOI form was submitted on January 29, 2002 with the incorrect area of property associated with industrial activity. The correct area associated with industrial activity is 980 acres. We request coverage under the new Tennessee Multi-Sector General Permit For Industrial Activities.
