ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.44(d)(3) Virginia Electric and Power Company submits this letter to address the ISFSI Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the Surry ISFSI. For the period from January 1, 2002, through December 31, 2002, there have been no radioactive liquid and gaseous effluents released from the Surry ISFSI.
