WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 3 RE:
CONFERENCE CALL WITH THE LICENSEE ON FEBRUARY 5, 2003, ON THE ISSUE OF THE PIPE STRESS ANALYSES TRANSMITTED BY LICENSEE ON JANUARY 19, 2003 (TAC No. MB1688)
The purpose of this memorandum is to place into ADAMS, the attached documentation of the conference call between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and the Waterford 3 personnel where the NRC Staff requested certain details and explanation on the analysis of the Refueling Water Storage Pool Purification Piping, indicated in the licensees letter dated December 19, 2002. The licensees clarifications are contained in the attachment.
