Dear Commissioners and Staff:
Enclosed for your information is the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units I and 2 second 10-year interval ISI Program Plan, Revision 2. Submittal of the ISI Program Plan is in accordance with ASME Section Xl, IWA-1400(C).
Revision 2 of the IS! Program Plan updates the Table of Second Interval Request for Relief and incorporates the Risk Informed ISi relief approved by the NRC November 8, 2002 (TAC Nos. MB1203 and MB1204).
Other changes include editorial corrections and updates to the ISI Program Plan.
