Please look at the 2nd paragraph in the UFSAR Supplement Summary for this activity previously provided on 11/14 (Attachment 1, page 7). The first line starts: A set of susceptible small bore piping locations..."

Two comments:

First, both the supplemental response and the UFSAR Supplement Summary should probably be the same words exactly.

Second, the use of the phrase 'most likely' could connotate some type of probability determination which is not something we want to imply.

If ok with the staff, I would recommend using the phrase 'most susceptible' rather than 'most likely' in both locations.

Please advise promptly this morning so that I can make any changes needed.
