Revised Note 4 Rani, here is the Revised Note 4 for the Tables 3.5-1, 3.5-2 If operating and environmental conditions are postulated to change during the period of extended operation, then loss of material, cracking, and change in material properties of exposed concrete structures and components could challenge a concrete structure or component function.
