DRAFT OUTLINE COMMENTS 1] One JPM in the operating test (category B.d) outline was identified as a "new" JPM. The outline identifies two questions be used in lieu of a JPM. In review of ES-701 (with some guidance from OLB) this is permissible with approval from Tony under certain conditions (see bottom of page 4 and top of page 5 of ES-701).
2] One possible overlap or duplication topic was noted between the written outline and the operating test outline. JPM A1 addresses shift staffing & turnover subject matter which has similar features associated with questions 15 and/or 16 of group 3 in the written exam. Some measure should be taken to ensure the same specific item of knowledge is not tested twice (ie a different piece of knowledge of the same subject matter is okay).
