DPR-63 & NPF-69 Response to Commission's January 7, 2003 Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization, EA-02-261 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4, Constellation Generation Group, LLC ("CGG"), on behalf of licensees Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Inc. ("Calvert Cliffs") and Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC ("Nine Mile Point"), hereby submits its response to the Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization ("Order") issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on January 7, 2003. This response does not contain Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21.
As required by the Order, both Calvert Cliffs and Nine Mile Point have begun implementation of the compensatory measures ("CM") contained in Attachment 2 of the Order. The schedule for complete implementation of each CM at both Calvert Cliffs and Nine Mile Point shall be no later than the applicable dates specified in section III.A of the Order.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 2.202(a)(2), the Answer to the Order is being transmitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission under separate cover. If you have any questions, please contact Rick Franssen, CGG Director Security Programs, at (315) 349 - 2743.
