Transmitted herewith, in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), are the changed pages for Issue 5, Revision 4, of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Physical Security and Safeguards Contingency Plan. All changes in this revision were performed to reflect organizational changes at the Station and related shifts in responsibilities.
We have reviewed the changes in this revision and determined that they do not reduce the effectiveness of the Plan or the overall Nuclear Security Program for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station.
