Dear Mr. Schaaf:
The NRC Environmental Scoping staff visited Ginna Station November 5-8, 2002 to review all aspects of the Environmental section of the Ginna Station License Renewal Application. At the conclusion of that meeting, it was agreed that several items would be submitted to the NRC.
Attached to this letter are the following:

Description of the process used to determine "any new and significant information" specific to Ginna Station with respect to IOCFR51.53(c)(3)(i) Category 1 issues.
