Electric Fire Service Pump, FSP-1 Operability has been completed satisfactorily.

Power Range Nuclear Instrumentation Calibration is in progress on C-RPS Channel (NI-7). The actions of ITS 3.3.1, Condition A, are applicable [0832]

during the time the channel is in 'Bypass' for the performance of this surveillance.

Security has reported the rescue of a live Kemps Ridley sea turtle on the intake bar racks [1300]. The turtle has been transported to the Mariculture Center for observation. The turtle has no external signs of injury. The turtle was classified as a Kemps Ridley [1328].

This turtle is #75 in this biennial period. NCR 71078 has been generated.

The STA has been notified to process this NCR for reportability.

The H2/0 2 Monitor was out of service [0951-1400] to support sampling of the MUT gas space by Chemistry and troubleshooting of the programmer by maintenance. At completion of the troubleshooting, the programmer is no longer exhibiting the abnormal indication and alarms on the display screen. SP 163A will be used to demonstrate functionality of the programmer however WDGA-1 remains OPERABLE when manually aligned to the in-service WGDT. The compensatory actions of the ODCM, Section 2.16, were applicable during this time. Face-to-face notification of valve alignment verification and return-to-service was performed by the Chemistry Technician (P. Gilman).

Radiation Monitoring Instrumentation Functional Test of RM-Al, A2, A6, Al I and A12 has been completed satisfactorily as PMT for RM-A12 only.

RM-A12 remains OOS pending completion of EC required turnover activities and generation of primary to secondary conversion factors for ARP-lA operation.
