mw 1042 Computer The plntr computer was removed from service to support a software change per EC 48579. The additional surveillance activities associated with the following ITS requirements are applicable [0803]:
"* ITS SR 3.2.1.2, Regulating Rod Insertion Monitor Alarm;
"* ITS SR 3.2.4.1, Quadrant Power Tilt Monitor Alarm;
"* ITS SR 3.2.3.1, Axial Power Imbalance Monitor Alarm.
CR-1/2 were notified that CR-3 CW discharge temp is not available.
Also during this time, the ERDS is not functional. The actions of NOD-31 Table 1 is applicable to ERDS.

- Indicates time log entry was Initiated The 112/02 Monitor was out of service [1107-1257] to support sampling of the MUT gas space by Chemistry. The compensatory actions of the ODCM, Section 2.16, were applicable during this time. Face-to-face notification of valve alignment verification and return-to-service was performed by the Chemistry Technician_(S. Kirkland).
Received notification from Pete Ezzell that the distressed 17 inch turtle transported to the Mariculture Center last evening died. A necropsy of the'turtle will be performed to re-evaluate reportability requirements. A Reportability Evaluation Worksheet has been generated for NCR 58575 with a due date of 4/26/02.
The Reportability Evaluation Worksheet generated for NCR 57794 for the turtle that died on March 20, 2002 has been extended from April 4, 2002 to April 12, 2002. The reportability of this turtle will be determined by the results of the necropsy which is expected April 8, 2002.
