Iit. Time* Item Description SMS 2325 Relief Assumed the duties of the Superintendent Shift Operations [2230]. Ricky Rawls assumed the duties of the Control Room Supervisor [2230].

SMS 0335 SP-312A Daily Heat Balance Power Comparison has been completed satisfactorily

[0213].

SMS 0340 SP-157A Meteorological System Surveillance, (Daily) has been completed satisfactorily [0205].

SMS 0424 NCR 58575 Received notification from Mariculture Center Staff.(E. Olsen) that the two Reportable turtles rescued from the CR3 intake area (last night) were Kemps Ridley Turtle(s) Turtles [0236]. The Mariculture staff was called in due to the apparent distress of the 17 inch turtle per AJ-571. A 4 Hour Non-Emergency report has been made to the NRC per 10 CFR 50.72 for the offsite notification (NMFS) related to capture of the latest turtles (#69 and 70) this biennial period (NRC Event# 38602 Updated) [0408]. This condition is documented on NCR 58575. Notification has been made to: NRC ENS (F. Jones).

UPDATE[0559]: The remaining notifications per CP-151 and 01-8 have been made to the NRC Resident (S. Stewart), PGM.fD. Roderick), MSO (D.

Jones), and the Regulatory representativeO(P. Infanger).

SMS 0425 ENS NRC phone/status check completed satisfactorily [0422].

SMS 0530 RM-A6 The Reactor Building Air Sample Radiation Monitor was removed from service to support Chemistry sampling activities [0503-0516]. The actions of ITS 3.4.14(b), Condition B, were applicable during this time. Face-to-face notification of valve alignment verification and return-to-service was performed by the Chemistry Technician (R. Goodman).
