LAG 1050 Reportable Received notification from Mariculture Center Staff (E. Latimer) that the turtle Turtle rescued from the intake area last night was a Green Sea Turtle. [0919] A 4 Hour Non-Emergency report has been made to the NRC per 10 CFR 50.72 for the offsite notification that is required (NMFS) related to capture of the latest turtle
(#62) this biennial period. (NRC Event# 37902 Updated) [1008] This condition is documented on an NCR hard copy that will be added to the system when the system is returned to service. Notifications have been made to: NRC ENS, NRC Resident (S. Sanchez), PGM (D. Roderick), MSO (L. Clewett), and the Regulatory representative (J. Lind).
LAG 1150 WDGA-1 The H 2/0 2 Monitor was out of service to support sampling of the MUT gas space by Chemistry. The compensatory actions of the ODCM, Section 2.16, were applicable during this time. [1012-1103] Face-to-face notification of valve alignment verification and return-to-service was performed by the Chemistry Technician (R. Vaughan).
LAC 1245 ENS Update Received a return call from ENS stating that the Event # for the latest and future turtle reports has been changed from #37902 to #38602. [1145]
