FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR THE JUNE 4, 2002, PLUME EXPOSURE PATHWAY EXERCISE FOR THE OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR POWER STATION
Dear Mr. Skolds:
Enclosed is a letter from Mr. Joseph Picciano, Acting Regional Director, FEMA Region II, dated December 17, 2002, transmitting the FEMA report for the subject exercise to Mr. Hubert Miller, Regional Administrator, NRC Region I.
No Deficiencies were identified during this exercise. However, four Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) were identified. Please assist offsite officials in addressing these issues. Your continued assistance to offsite agencies is appreciated as they prepare for and practice implementation of their emergency plans.
