Also included, is a corrected page for Unit 1. On-Line and Critical Hours were revised after this report was initiated and sent out.

By copy of this letter, Arizona Public Service Company is also forwarding the Monthly Operating Reports to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region IVand the NRC Resident Inspector.
