STN 50-5281529/530 Monthly Operating Reports for NOVEMBER 2002 Enclosed are the Monthly Operating Reports for NOVEMBER 2002, prepared and submitted pursuant to Specification 5.6.4 of Appendix A, (Technical Specifications) to the PVNGS Units 1, 2, and 3 Operating Licenses.

Also included, is a corrected page for Unit 1. On-Line and Critical Hours were revised after this report was initiated and sent out.

By copy of this letter, Arizona Public Service Company is also forwarding the Monthly Operating Reports to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region IV and the NRC Resident Inspector.

RX was manually shutdown/tripped due to elevated SG#2 sulfate levels. Returned to power on 11/01 RX was manually tripped to repair vibrations on SIA-UV-651. Returned to power on 11/12.
