DRAFT REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (RAI)
RESPONSE REGARDING AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR EMERGENCY PLAN (E-PLAN) REVISIONS (TAC NOS. MB6300 AND MB5301)
The attached draft RAI response was transmitted by facsimile on December 11, 2002, from Mr. John Tripoli of PPL Susquehanna, LLC, in preparation for a conference call conducted on December 12, 2002. Review of the draft RAI response would allow the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff to identify areas where clarification may be needed, as well as determine and agree upon a schedule for responding to the RAI. This memorandum and its attachment do not convey a formal response to an RAI or represent a PPL Susquehanna, LLC, position.
