Dear Mr. Skolds:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a change to the starting time for the Braidwood Station Regulatory Performance Meeting. Please note that the meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2002, at 10:30 a.m. (CST), at the Fossil Ridge Public Library, located at 386 West John F. Kennedy Road in the town of Braidwood. As stated in our letter dated November 18, 2002, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss your planned actions to address declining plant performance which resulted in entry into the Degraded Cornerstone Column of the NRC Action Matrix. The meeting is open to the public.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
