Dear Mr. Warner:
On November 1, 2002, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a conforming amendment to the Facility Operating License No. NPF-86 for the Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1.
On November 19, 2002, the NRC issued a corrected page 3 to the Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1, Facility Operating License and enclosed the 13 original copies of the Indemnity Agreements, which we had neglected to enclose with the November 1, 2002, conforming amendment letter. We have become aware that page 2 of the Indemnity Agreements contained an incorrect docket number. Enclosed are 13 copies of the corrected page 2 of the Indemnity Agreements. The NRC regrets any inconvenience caused by this error.
