Two procedures and a training outline associated with the ultrasonic examination of reactor vessel head penetrations were provided to the NRC in Reference 1. The three documents enclosed with Reference 1 are:
"* Remote Ultrasonic Examination of Reactor Vessel Head Vent Line Penetrations (54-1S1-100-09)
"* Remote Ultrasonic Examination of Reactor Head Penetrations (54-ISI-137-00)
"* Reactor Head Penetration (RHP) UT Analysis Training In addition, two change authorizations were issued for one of the procedures, 54-ISI-137-00.
Enclosed are copies of the two change authorizations, which should be made a part of the package previously sent.
The two change authorizations and their applications are:
"* FRA-02-12, a technical change used at St. Lucie and Pt. Beach
"* STL-02-001, an editorial change used at St. Lucie only Framatome ANP considers the material contained in the enclosed documents to be proprietary.
The affidavit provided with Reference 1 satisfies the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790(b) to support withholding of this information from public disclosure.
