DRESDEN STATION FEMA REPORT FOR MAY 2002 EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE

Dear Mr. Skolds:

We have received the enclosed Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) final report, dated August 2, 2002, for the May 1, 2002 radiological emergency preparedness, plume pathway exercise at the Dresden Station.

No deficiencies and no areas requiring corrective action were identified by FEMA staff.

In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter without its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
