Units 1, 2, & 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-52815291530 Submittal of 2001 Annual Financial Reports Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(b), enclosed please find a CD containing each of the 2001 Annual Financial Reports for the Participants who jointly own PVNGS.

These Participants are Arizona Public Service Company, Salt River Project, El Paso Electric Company, Southern California Edison Company, Public Service Company of New Mexico, Southern California Public Power Authority, and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

The enclosed report is being submitted electronically on CD-ROM as allowed by NRC RIS 2001-05, "Guidance on Submitting Documents to the NRC by Electronic Exchange or on CD-ROM," dated January 25, 2001.
