The staff used information derived from the following emails while developing its final supplemental environmental impact statement for license renewal for Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2:

September 9, 2002, email from T. Banks (Virginia Electric and Power Company or VEPCo) regarding intake screen mesh size and the location of active bald eagle nests and eagle concentration areas in the vicinity of Surry Power Station and its transmission line corridors.

September 9, 2002, email from T. Banks (VEPCo) regarding a correction on intake screen mesh size The first email has been previously docketed under accession number ML023050100. The second email is attached for docketing to ensure the public has access to it.

Barry, Correction - Surrys intake screen mesh size is 3/16" x 1/2" rectangular stainless steel, not 3/8" as provided in my earlier e-mail. My oversight.
