Dear Mr. Scalice:

This refers to the meeting conducted at your request at the Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 15, 2002, at 10:30 p.m. The meetings purpose was to discuss TVAs nuclear strategic objectives. Enclosed are a list of attendees and the presentation handout.

The discussions included the following topics: Resources Sharing, Standardization, Performance Standards and Human Performance, Work Planning and Knowledge Retention, Unplanned Scrams and Power Change Elimination, and Multi-Skills. The meeting was informative and did not result in specific action items or decisions.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
