DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 NOTIFICATION OF CONTRACTOR SCREENING PROGRAM USE By letter dated July 23, 1993, Northern States Power committed that contractor screening programs (except Institute of Nuclear Power Operations program) would not be used without prior notification to the NRC. This letter is to notify the NRC that Prairie Island will begin using NMC-approved contractor screening programs for certain contractor personnel. The attachment to this letter is the current list of vendors with NMC-approved screening programs.

In this letter we have made no new Nuclear Regulatory Commission commitments.
