PROJECT NO. 6335-VA / NATDAM NO. VA83005 NORTH ANNA HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT ANNUAL PLOTS OF SURVEY DATA AND ANNUAL INSTRUMENTATION SUMMARIES FOR THE MAIN DAM As requested by the FERC letter dated November 2, 1993, Dominion Generation hereby submits the 2001 updates to plots of survey data and instrumentation summaries for the North Anna Hydroelectric Project. The net settlement survey data and a plot of crest settlement are provided in Attachment 1.
Embankment instrumentation data for piezometers, weirs, and relief wells is provided in Attachment 2.
The instrumentation data include: 1) updated readings for operable piezometers, 2) individual piezometer plots depicting readings, 3) cross section of selected sections of the dam showing plots of piezometer readings, including highs and lows, 4) weir readings, and 5) summaries of relief well water levels and sediment accumulation for 2001. Our review of the survey results and instrumentation readings indicate that the North Anna Hydroelectric Project and project works are performing as designed.
