Withdrawal of Request for Relief from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Code for Repair of a Pin-Hole Leak in a Lube Oil Cooler In Reference (a) Vermont Yankee (VY) requested, pursuant to 10CFR50.55a(a)(3)(ii), to delay the repair of a minor pin-hole leak on the Service Water side of the "A" Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) lube oil cooler until the 2002 refuel outage. VY has replaced the subject component and therefore relief from the code is no longer required. This letter serves to withdraw the request made via Reference (a).
