3 On 9/22/02 at 0141, there was a turbine trip, followed by a reactor scram. The plant remained off line through the end of the month. The trip occurred during the weekly turbine overspeed test.

The forced outage extended into October 2002. The duration hours is just for the month of September.

SUMMARY

The Perry Plant was on line until 9/22/02 at 0141 when the plant had a main turbine tnp. The plant remained off line through the end of the month of September, 2002.
