McGuire unit I began the month of September operating at approximately 100% power until 09/05/02 at 0400 when the unit began phase II T-AVG coastdown to end-of-cycle 15 refueling outage. On 09/13/02 at 1500 the unit ended the coastdown and began decreasing power to end-of-cycle 15 refueling outage. The unit was taken offline on 09/13/02 at 2248 to begin end-of-cycle 15 refueling outage.
