Dear Mr. Skolds:
The Region I Field Office of Investigations (OI), initiated an investigation (Case # 1-2001-025) on August 9, 2001, to determine if a mechanical maintenance manager at the Oyster Creek Generating Station (OCGS) deliberately violated station procedures regarding radiation protection.
Based on the evidence developed during this investigation, OI did not substantiate that the mechanical maintenance manager deliberately violated station procedures regarding radiation protection. A copy of the synopsis of the OI Report #1-2001-025 is enclosed.
Please note that final NRC documents, such as the OI report described above, may be made available to the public under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) subject to redaction of information appropriate under the FOIA.
