LOCATION: U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room O-7B4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: Initiate communications regarding the transition process and licensing submittals required to effect a safe and efficient Cycle 17 transition to new fuel.

CATEGORY*: This meeting is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
