50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - REQUEST FOR PROPRIETARY MEETING - TRANSITION TO FRAMATOME ADVANCED NUCLEAR POWER (ANP) FUEL The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has requested a meeting with appropriate NRC staff representatives to discuss transition plans related to use of Framatome ANP fuel at BFN. This meeting is tentatively scheduled for October 3, 2002.
This meeting will consist of a brief presentation by TVA outlining the proposed schedule for the fuel transition followed by a detailed presentation by Framatome ANP describing its transition and analysis methodology. The presentation will include information deemed proprietary by Framatome ANP. In consideration, Framatome ANP has requested that this proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a)(4).
Accordingly, as required by 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1), an affidavit supporting this request is provided in Attachment 1. contains a draft proprietary version of the information to be presented. Attachment 3 is a draft of the non-proprietary presentation package.
