FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 34 Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Union Electric Company furnishes four copies of Revision 34 of the Callaway Plant Physical Security Plan. Distribution of these documents is outlined on the attachment. Changes incorporated into this revision are consistent with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program.
The Callaway Plant Unit 2 hole has been partially filled to prepare a lay-down area for future steam generator replacement. As a result of this, the vehicle barrier system analysis for the plant East side of the Protected Area was reviewed, and calculations slightly modified. This slightly reshaped the stand-off distance in one location and modified the form of vehicle barrier used from slope change to jersey barriers as allowed by NUREG/CR-6190, Volume 1, Rev. 1.
These changes do no reflect any reduction in security effectiveness and are not reflective of any other modifications completed as required by the Security Order issued February 25, 2002.
