SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION August 26,2002 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 In the Reference letter, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) and AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen), responded to the NRC Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures ("Order") issued on February 25, 2002. The attachment to this letter provides updated information as to the status of actions taken to accomplish Interim Compensatory Measure (ICM) B.1.b, for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station,Unit 1, Oyster Creek Generating Station, Limerick Generating Station and Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3.
The attachment to this letter contains Safeguards Information. Therefore, it is requested that the attachment be withheld from public disclosure as Safeguards Information in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, "Requirements for the Protection of Safeguards Information."
