- Duke Power has more restrictive cut-off levels for Alcohol and Marijuana. In the past, Duke Power has shown this detail on the Performance Data Report's first sheet. Beginning with the semi-annual report (period ending 06/3010 1); Duke-Power will provide a more detailed report that will indicate positive test results confirmed at the NRC cut-off level and Duke Power's cut-off level. This detailed report for the period ending 06/30/02 is attached (see Attachment B).
