ATTACHMENT C NARRATIVE OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE DOCKET NO: 50-220 UNIT NAME: NMP1 DATE: 8/5/02 PREPARED BY: P. E. Netusil TELEPHONE: (315) 349-7935 The unit operated during the month of July 2002 with a Net Electrical Design capacity factor of 94.1 percent. On July 20, 2002, power was reduced to perform a Control Rod Sequence Exchange. Also, the unit's Net Electrical Design capacity was reduced for the month due to elevated lake temperature, which reduced plant efficiency. There were no challenges to the electromatic relief valves or safety valves during the operating period.
