Attachment (2) of reference (a) (the "Order") requires implementation of various safeguards and security compensatory measures associated with the operation of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 (SONGS-2&3). SONGS 2&3 has now achieved compliance with the requirements of the Order as described in the enclosures to references (b) and (c).
This letter serves as the report required by Condition III.C.2 f the Order.
