SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT - UNIT 2 CYCLE 11 (U2C11) 90-DAY INSERVICE INSPECTION (ISI)
SUMMARY
REPORT Enclosed is Sequoyahs U2C11 ISI Summary Report for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)Section XI ISI and augmented nondestructive examination results that were performed from November 14, 2000 to May 20, 2002. The report contains the NIS-1 Owners Data Report that is divided into Appendix A (Summary of ASME Section XI Steam Generator Examinations), Appendix B (NIS-2 Owners Report for Repairs and Replacements), Appendix C (Pressure Test Report), and Appendix D (IWE Metal Containment Evaluations).
This letter is being sent in accordance with NRC RIS 2001-05.
The ISI Summary Report is being provided in accordance with IWA-6220 and IWA-6230 of ASME Code,Section XI.
