Duke Energy Corporation Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. 50-269, 50-270, 50-287 McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-369, 50-370 Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-413, 50-414 Response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2002-09, Supplement Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations On June 6, 2002, the NRC issued Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2002-09, "Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations". The subject RIS requested facility licensees to update the NRC on projected site-specific operator licensing examination schedules and estimated numbers of applicants planning to take operator licensing examinations for calendar years 2003 through 2006 and the NRC's generic fundamentals examinations (GFEs) for calendar years 2003 and 2004. On July 8, 2002, Duke forwarded responses which need to be resubmitted due to incorrect data.

Attachments I, II, and III contains the responses to this RIS for Oconee Nuclear Station, McGuire Nuclear Station, and Catawba Nuclear Station, respectively.
