Oconee Nuclear Station Unit 1 EOC-20 Refueling Outage, April 2002 Steam Generator Inservice Inspection Steam Generator Three Month Report This letter transmits the results of the Steam Generator Tube Inservice Inspection performed during the Unit 1 End of Cycle 20 refueling outage.
Enclosure A provides a copy of the Steam Generator Tube Inservice Inspection Summary Report for the subject refueling outage. This Summary Report is provided per American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Article IWA 6230.
Enclosure B provides a supplemental Inspection Assessment we believe will be helpful in reviewing the overall results of our steam generator inspections. The Inspection Assessment includes a summary of estimated primary-to-secondary leakage following a postulated Loss of Coolant Accident based on the as-found condition of the Steam Generators. This leakage summary is required by Condition 6 of the Unit 1 Facility Operating License, as amended by letter from D. E. LaBarge to Duke Energy Corporation, dated December 15, 2000.
As required by Technical Specification 5.6.8.b, the results of the Steam Generator Tube Inservice Inspection performed during the Unit 1 End of Cycle 20 refueling outage are submitted as Enclosure C.
