This letter refers to your June 13, 2002, correspondence in response to Initial Examination
Report 50-354/02-301 issued May 15, 2002.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter.
Based on your letter we understand the reasons for the high number of post exam comments
and changes to be:
(i)
Less than adequate verification and validation during exam development and review.
(ii)
Less than adequate procedural guidance and resources to review exam changes.
The effectiveness of your corrective actions will be reviewed during a future examination.
