SUMMARY
FOR END-OF-CYCLE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
Dear Mr. Ray:
This letter provides supplemental information to the NRC Meeting Summary for End-of-Cycle Performance Assessment dated April 26, 2002. The NRC attendance at the meeting included Ken Brockman, Director, Division of Reactor Projects; Stuart Richards, RIV Project Directorate; Jim Isom, Operations Engineer; Claude E. Johnson, Branch Chief; Kriss Kennedy, Branch Chief; Clyde Osterholtz, Senior Resident Inspector; Jim Drake, Project Engineer; and Don Stearns, Project Engineer. While the NRC answered, as best they could, all questions asked at the End-of-Cycle Performance Assessment, some responses were limited due to safeguards information. Additionally, complete answers to some questions required more research by the staff. These questions are being answered by separate correspondence to the party who brought up the issue.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
