- for Interim Safeguards and Security Measures On March 18, 2002, Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC (NMPNS) submitted its response to the Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures Order (Order) issued by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on February 25, 2002. Based on subsequent discussions with NRC reviewers, it was determined that our response to Interim Compensatory Measure (ICM) B.4.e would be revised. Therefore, NMPNS is submitting its amended response to ICM B.4.e in the attachment to this letter. The attachment contains safeguards information, as defined in 10 CFR 73.21. NMPNS therefore requests that the attachment be withheld from public disclosure.
If you have any questions regarding this supplemental response, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
