Letter to NRC, 5/19/82 Exelon Tracking No.:
T03094 Nature of Commitment:
Operations Shift Turnover List revision to include various reactor parameters during shutdown conditions Summary of Justification:
Monitoring of important plant parameters will continue to be performed. The need to pinpoint certain detailed parameters in a shift turnover list has been superseded by other enhanced programs and procedures. The appropriate plant parameters are appropriately monitored during shutdown conditions.

LER 3-92-02, Drywell Oxygen Concentration Levels Exelon Tracking No.:
T02064 Nature of Commitment:
Surveillance tests to record oxygen concentration in drywell were revised to add an additional action point to ensure limits are not exceeded.
Summary of Justification:
This commitment is eliminated due to the usage of new monitors which do not have the particular failure mode that the previous instruments had. Additionally, other equipment performance checks as well as equipment trending and monitoring checks are routinely performed.

NRC Supplemental SER on Station Blackout dated 10/23/92 Exelon Tracking No.:
T03637 Nature of Commitment:
Revise the site station blackout response procedure to ensure that control room ceiling tiles and panel doors are opened to dissipate heat during a station blackout event.
Summary of Justification:
This commitment is eliminated based on subsequent engineering calculations and analyses that determined that removal of ceiling tiles and opening of panel doors are no longer required to dissipate heat during the station blackout event. During review of the implementation of this commitment, it was determined that this commitment had not been adequately implemented since 1992. This was captured in the site Corrective Action Program in 2000 for resolution and was subsequently determined to not currently be an actual safety concern based on the above discussed calculation and analyses.
